Repair Services

Diagnostic Fee

• Diagnostic Assessment: $20 (non-refundable)
• Applied toward your repair cost if you proceed with service

Repair costs will vary based on the diagnosis. An estimate will be provided prior to work beginning.

Maintenance Services

Regular Maintenance

• Basic Maintenance: $180
  • Clean and oil
  • Tension adjustment
  • Basic timing check
• Timing Adjustment: $50
  • Precision timing calibration
  • Needle and hook alignment
  • Stitch formation optimization

Annual Service Plans

• Home Sewist Plan: $300/year (2 basic maintenance services)
• Professional Plan: $650/year (4 basic maintenance services + 2 timing adjustments + priority service)

Additional Services

• House Calls: +$25 travel fee (West Seattle only)
• Rush Service: +50% of service cost (1-2 business day turnaround)
• Vintage Machine Specialist: Standard rates apply

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. We stand behind our work and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
